Problem with Adding Badge to Website using HTML Code

I am having trouble adding a nominee badges to my website. When I copy and paste the code, it shows the text “Best Wedding Photographer” in the middle of the black line.

“Best Wedding Photographer” Should be right above the black line, but for some reason it is showing up in the middle of the line.

I have tried numerous times. Anyone know how to fix this?
