Hello,
Unfortunately, you have posted your question in the wrong forum. This forum is intended for the very old “Contact Details” plugin. It is not in any way a means of contacting WordPress (which does not exist). Your question would be better placed in the general forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/#new-topic-0
Nevertheless, I would like to briefly address your question. The normal login URL for WordPress would be /wp-login.php or /wp-admin/ – none of the paths you mentioned. However, since neither of the two usual login URLs work for you, I suspect that you are using a plugin that obscures or changes this admin URL. If you no longer know what this is or can no longer access it, you will need to deactivate the plugin responsible to solve the problem. Since you cannot access the backend, you can only do this via FTP. There, you would need to find the plugin directory in /wp-content/plugins/ and rename it – this will deactivate it and you should be able to log back into the backend immediately (but then under /wp-login.php). Your host’s support team can tell you how to log in via FTP.

Thanks @threadi, unfortunately I do not find any FTP plugin for wordpress, it is not in the ftp files and folders of the repository – maybe since i changed the computer… /wp-admin/ interestingly gives me a different reply – it says “You do not have permission to access this page. Please log in and try again.” I assumed the host’s support team is actually ww.wp.xz.cn…
Let me post this again in the right place you indicated.
Best
Marie
No, ww.wp.xz.cn does not host any websites. This platform is solely for the further development of the open source software WordPress and the free plugins and themes available for it (and also for the forums you are reading this answer, with 100% volunteers). As far as I can see, your website is hosted by a provider called “Ospito” in the Netherlands (https://www.ospito.nl/).
And no, there is no plugin for FTP access. That wouldn’t help you anyway, since you don’t have access to your website’s backend to install it.
As mentioned above, you need to contact your web host’s support team to get FTP access and restore access to your backend by following the steps above.

Many thanks @threadi – hopefully I will get some help from the website provider to regain access to the dashboard.
