Problem with Advanced Menu Widget on Mobile Device

Hello, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered while using the plugin recently. Specifically, I am experiencing a problem with the Advanced Menu Widget on mobile devices.Upon refreshing the mobile device, the dropdown menu briefly appears for a second and then promptly corrects itself. I have attached images and a video for your reference to provide a clearer understanding of the situation.

Greetings. Sorry for the inconvenience.Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to
wp-admin -> Pluginsand then, deactivate other Plugins.Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty Three. And, check back as well.

Hello @sadmansakibnadvi, I tried all the steps you had mentioned, but none of them worked. I switched the theme to a different one and also deactivated all the plugins, but still, I am facing the same problem. I think the issue is within the ‘Advanced Menu’ widget in the mobile view. Please look into it. I have also attached a reference video for clarification. Thank you.
