    Hi,

I’ve been having some plugin conflict and would like to know which settings of your plugin are not allowing the other one to work properly.

With Advanced AJAX Product Filters, whenever there are two or more different categories checked on the product page and the user wants to change from page one to page 2, the following message comes through:

    403
    Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I deactivated your plugin and things went back to normal. After reactivating your plugin, the problem didn’t show until it asked to re-insert the security rules in the .htaccess file. Once I clicked to do that the problem persisted.

What are the settings on the plugin that are causing that problem and how dangerous is it not to activate them?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I recommend to start by deactivating all firewall rules, then carry out a test. If it works then you know that one of the firewall rules is causing the issue. If that is the case start by enabling one by one the firewall rules and at the same time, carry out a test. Do this until you find out which feature is the culprit.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you
