I’m afraid the problem here must be related strictly to the way how the Mondial Relay plugin works. The latest Flexible Shipping update introduced the single shipping methods instead of the previously used group ones. In fact, it was a step to maintain the compatibility with the numerous 3rd party plugins since the single methods use exactly the same mechanisms as WooCommerce defaults such as e.g. Flat Rate.
In such circumstances I’m afraid that you will need to contact the Mondial Relay plugin authors since I suppose it might be still targeting the deprecated group methods, not recognizing the single ones (different IDs) and that’s why the relay point selector is not being displayed.

It seems our site – after upgrading just now, can no longer find the shipping options… Using plugin along with Woocommerce with B2Bking… and multiple weight based zones. Would appreciate some feedback (or assistance to be able to go back to previous version!)

Hi Paul,
We’re the B2BKing developers – not sure if this is related to your issue, but you should know that B2BKing also controls shipping methods. If you cannot find shipping methods, make sure they are enabled under B2BKing->Groups for each group/b2c/logged out users.
