Problem with API

    Hi,

    I think the Mailchimp API is not working. I have set up MC4WP on my website:

    And connected with Mailchimp using API.

    I am using a Boxzilla pop-up for the form and I also put the form in a footer widget.

    The registration/subscribe form was working a couple of days ago. But now when I try to add someone I get the ‘thankyou for subscribing message’ in the popup. A when I look at the error log in MC4WP it says that the subscription was successful e.g:
    [2021-06-29 13:08:13] INFO: Form 47122 > Successfully subscribed mclo******@ec*******.co.nz

    But if I go to Mailchimp there is no new subscription.

    I am using MailChimp for WordPress Version 4.8.6
    WordPress 5.7.2 running GeneratePress theme, and PHP version 7.4.20

    Please advise

    Hey @mclockhart,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    DO you have “Double Opt-in” enabled? If yes, then the email is displayed in your MailChimp List/Audience, only after confirming the email address. MailChimp sends an email with a link to verify the email address.
