Hi Jeff, I have installed the plugin in my Arabic WP site but when ever i try to manage it’s settings i get something like this image (it’s more like broken idk):
    https://i.postimg.cc/wMxF3V3w/1user.jpg

And when i bypass this issue by blindly selecting options from plugin settings i get RTL errors in the live page as you can see here:
    https://reviewhaty.com/user-posts

I thought plugin is already supports Arabic and RTL 🙁

    Please help with this issue.
    Thanks in advance,,,

Glad to help. The plugin does include an Arabic translation, but beyond that I’m not sure what needs to happen in order for sites to display languages properly (e.g., right-to-left languages). Assuming that you have implemented the required steps for a translation to work, then it could be a theme-related issue. Have you tried switching (temporarily) to the default WP theme?

Thanks for reply sir i really appreciate that high quality support! ,,
No i haven’t but please can you guide me where to find the right steps to install translation successfully? is there any required steps? i thought i just need to install and activate right and it will convert to RTL automatically as my WP installation is in Arabic.

Glad to help, but honestly I don’t really know. I only speak one language, so never have needed to study how to set up translations on WordPress. All I can do is follow the WP API to make sure that I have implemented translations properly in my plugins (i.e., internationalization and localization). My best advice is to do a search such as:

    https://www.google.com/search?q=enable+translation+wordpress

..should get you going with some solid results.

Sorry Jeff, As you said it was a theme problem but what about the admin area? i tried the plugin in local flywheel and it worked %100 PERFECT! both in the admin area and frontend
maybe it’s related to the wp version?
    my current version is 4.9.3
and local by flywheel version is 4.9.8
Do i just upgrade my site to 5.0.2?

Not sure, but if you continue to investigate should be able to diagnose the cause of the issue. The next thing I would test is all other plugins. Or if that is not possible, you can always set up a quick 5-minute test install of WordPress. Then leave everything at the defaults, install USP and try again. That way you can test without changing anything on your live site.
