I recommend starting fresh by doing the following:

    1. Access your website via FTP and delete ASE plugin folder
    2. Login to your site via the default URL, /wp-admin/ or /wp-login.php
    3. Install SQL Buddy plugin, open it, and click on the wp_options table.
    4. Use the small filter icon at the top of table rows, and filter for “option_name” => “contains” => “admin_site_enhancements”. You should get 3 options . Click on each one and hit the “Delete” icon in the bottom-right corner.
    5. Re-install and re-configure ASE as needed.

The problem is all I can do is view the website but cannot access the back end to edit it? That plugin has made my website not visable until I put in the default password for the ASE plugin password which is on the app.

Should I rehost the site on another hosting company such as Bluehost and start again to create the website because I wanted to update everything in it anyway?

Thank you for your quick response but I cannot delete ASE plugin files if I cannot get access into the backend?

Please find out a way to access your website files through FTP. This is common practice and all hosting provider should support doing that. That way, you can complete step 1 outlined earlier… which would allow you to regain access to the backend (wp-admin) in step 2.
