Hi @devworlds
I have use before Attributes (also use for variation) name-> aesthetic-condition which now i renamed -> condition.

From what I understand, you’re having a bit of trouble with attribute name changes on your products. Let me see if I’ve got this right: you switched the attribute name from ‘aesthetic-condition’ to ‘condition’, and now you’re seeing an error message that says ‘Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.’ Even after you’ve taken the attribute off the product, the issue is still there.
Here’s what I suggest to fix this problem:
- Clear Cache: Start by clearing your cache if you’re using a caching plugin. Also, clear your browser cache. Old data can sometimes stick around and cause errors.
- Clear WooCommerce Transients: This will clear the product/shop transients cache. To do this, head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on ‘Clear transients‘.
- Regenerate Product Lookup Tables: This will renew the product lookup table data. Keep in mind that this might take a while. To start, go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and hit the ‘Regenerate‘ button next to ‘Product lookup tables‘.
- Resave Permalinks: Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hit ‘Save Changes‘ without altering anything. This can reset some settings and might fix the problem.
- Update Variations: Head to the product edit screen and update the variations. If the attribute was used for variations, this could be the source of the problem.
- Re-add Attribute: Try adding the ‘condition’ attribute back to the product and updating it. Then, remove it again and update. This might help to completely remove the attribute. Need help? Here’s a quick guide on 👉 Variable Product.
- Check for Plugin Conflicts: Turn off all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the problem persists. If it’s fixed, turn your plugins back on one by one to find the one causing the issue. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: 👉 How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
📌 Quick heads-up: It’s really important to backup your full site and database before making any changes. This will ensure that if anything goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to its previous, working state.

Hi,
I have tested all you mentioned still same issue.

Hi @devworlds
I have tested all you mentioned still same issue.
Thank you for your patience and for the comprehensive system status report you provided – I really appreciate it.
I’ve taken a look at the information you’ve given and ran some tests on your site. Interestingly, I couldn’t recreate the problem you’re encountering. I managed to add a product with the ‘condition’ attribute to the cart and smoothly proceed to checkout without running into the error message you described.

This leads me to believe that the problem might be sporadic or tied to certain conditions that were not present during my test. The issue might be linked to specific products, user roles, or possibly certain browser or device types.
To assist us in pinpointing the cause, could you please furnish us with some more details:
- Is this problem appearing with all products or just specific ones? If it’s related to certain products, could you please give us the names or URLs of the products affected?
- Can you reproduce the issue consistently, or does it only pop up occasionally?
- Have you noticed if the issue arises for all users, or only for certain user roles (e.g., guest, logged-in, admin)?
- Have you tried this on different browsers and devices? If so, does the problem persist across all of them?
Your responses to these questions will greatly assist us in understanding the issue more clearly and guide us toward a solution.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We’re committed to helping you resolve this issue as swiftly as possible.

Thanks for the update! I’m pleased to know your issue is now sorted out.
It might have been a server cache issue, as cache can sometimes lead to unexpected outcomes, particularly after making changes to your website. So, it’s good practice to clear your server cache post any changes, ensuring everything functions as it should.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.
