Problem with autochimp

I am trying to sync the autochimp with my mailchimp account, I have entered the API keyy off my account, and made sure there are no other plug ins affecting the progra, (i have deactivated the Redux program) but when i press sync it comes up with the following error.

Successfully syncronized 0 MailChimp users. 3 failed. Failure Details: (User ID: 1, Error: 250), (User ID: 2, Error: 250), (User ID: 3, Error: 250), If needed, you can look up error codes here.

I Have around 4000 on my mail chimp data base and need to know what to do. is there a problem with the field names i may be using on mailchimp? I have printed and followed the set up instructions to the letter.
