Problem with automatic student enrollment

    When a customer pays an enrollment through a Paid Memberships Pro membership, I have to enroll them manually to the course, it does not do it automatically.

    The payment of the membership comes out all correct, but it does not automatically enroll the student in the course, I have to manually enroll him, otherwise he can not see the lessons or access the course.

    I have version 2.6.6, do I need version 3.0 to enroll them automatically?

    I am also interested in buying tutor lms 3.0 the native payment also makes when they pay automatically enroll in the course?

    Is it necessary to synchronize paid memberships pro with woocommerce to detect an order and thus automatically enroll in the course?

    without woocommerce is it not possible that paid memberships pro once it detects a membership gives tutorlms access to unlock the course automatically?

    Paid Memberships Pro integration feature is part of Tutor LMS Pro. Since you are using the Pro feature of the plugin, please open a ticket for support. Our customer support specialists are ready to check the problem and help you accordingly as soon as possible.
