Problem with basedir

    Hi,

    when I created staging I have problem with:

    Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/platne/[serwer_name]/public_html/[oryginal_domain_name]/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/patterns/content-right-image-left.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/platne/[serwer_name]/public_html/[staging_domain_name]/WPvivid/:/home/platne/[serwer_name]/tmp/:/home/virtuals/[staging_domain_name]/:/usr/local/php56-fpm/lib/php/:/tmp:/home/tmp:/var/lib/php5) in /home/platne/[serwer_name]/public_html/[staging_domain_name]/WPvivid/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Blocks/Patterns/PatternRegistry.php on line 155

    how to fix it?

    I have problem with:

    • banner.php
    • coming-soon-entire-site.php
    • coming-soon-store-only.php)
    • coming-soon.php

    and other in catalog wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/patterns/

    The error ‘file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect’ suggests that PHP open_basedir function is enabled on the site server. The function can limit the scope of website directories that can be accessed.

    You can try to disable the function and see if that helps.

    Could I copy manual some files in others catalogs?

    Because I read about basedir, and this function is very important for safety my website.

    I do not change anything in my website, befeore this coumnicat. I used youe tools a lot of time before this.

    Hello @dezmondzz

    Manually copying should be fine.

    In our experience, the error usually appears when installing a staging site to a subdomin. So are you using the pro version of the plugin? If so, would you submit a ticket to us because we are not permitted to support for premium version in the forum.
