It is not a problem, it is a limitation with the manual combine feature when you use it on orders list. Its better that you use the plugin settings page and there you select by status, customer, ip or anything which is common in all these orders and then proceed.

Hello Fahad, if I understand correctly, I’d like to upgrade to the premium version of the plugin. However, I’d like to make sure it actually works before paying for the premium version. Is it possible to get a trial premium version to ensure everything works as my client expects?

But I didn’t ask you to upgrade. And premium version is same as the basic version, only automation is additional in premium version.
