Are you running any other plugins besides s2Member on this installation? I was unable to reproduce this on a clean install. It seems like there could be some corruption taking place somewhere.
If you can, please file a bug report about this here with a full set of instructions (step-by-step; including the clean environment) so that we may reproduce the issue and get it fixed. Thanks!

Actually I have a subsite for testing plugins before installing etc. It is multisite too. Today I checked button code there. I disabled ALL plugins, tried different themes. The result absolutely same: after <input type=”hidden” name=”return” value=”http://mysite.com/ru/?s2member_paypal_return=1 not quotes but & amp ; (without spaces). All other quotes are OK too!
I really interested in the solution the bug because payment and registration with the s2Member just doesn’t work on my site. All other functions work ok. So I receive claims from clients and register them manually.
So I will help you. If you need I can give you access to that my site for tests if it can help.

I see. Well, unless I am missing something; that is valid HTML that is to be expected. Please see the attached screenshot for clarity. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/69/h6oz.png

Sorry for any confusion. I meant for you to file a bug report at GitHub. See: https://github.com/WebSharks/s2Member/issues?state=open
Bug reports need to include the steps to reproduce against a default/clean installation of WordPress (no other plugins; and with a default theme) so that we can isolate the issue to the s2Member plugin itself.
TIP: I would suggest that you follow our wizard here and submit your bug with the help it provides. This walks you through the process. You will still end up at GitHub in the end, but the details provided by our support wizard may help you out.
Here is the link to our support wizard.
