Problem with Cache and AAWP
-
Good morning, today I installed the plugin for amazon affiliates (AAWP) and I think you have a problem with the cache since I do not see the products and I see my website wrong. For example, in the attached note the cache was not updated and it is showing the old version and that I set purge cache.
Could help me? Thanks

Apparently it currently works but it took a long time for everything to appear and I said refresh cache. Should I set something special to work with this plugin?
Some developer knows if this plugin is compatible with AAWP (it is well known).
Hello @juanwp22 ,
Thank you for using WPCFSPC and for reaching out!
The plugins should be compatible and after checking your website in an incognito window I saw that the correct header is in place with the HIT status but not all the time.
Now let’s move on to the troubleshooting stage:
1) You might have another caching system overwriting our plugin thus please make sure you are not using any other caching method when this plugin is installed. Also, check for caching methods implemented by your hosting provider. You can use another plugin like WP Rocket to optimize CSS/JS however, you need to make sure that caching is not activated for that plugin.
2) Make sure your page does not use cookies. Cloudflare will not cache any page containing cookies as it thinks that they are used to show content dynamically on the pages (cookies can be found by opening the page with Inspect Tool in Chrome > Networking tab > Set-Cookie appears). So, you can either remove the plugins which are adding these cookies or try enabling the strip response cookie option. This option can be found in the plugin settings > Cache Tab > Cache Behavior Settings.
3) Make sure that you don’t have any other rules set up in your Cloudflare account. The plugin needs to set up its own rule in your Cloudflare account for it to properly work. If you are using the free plan from CF then you are only allowed to have 3 rules, 1 needs to be the one set up by the plugin.
4) Make sure that your URL has the same format in your CF account. (HTTP VS HTTPS) If the URLs do not match, you will experience problems. You can check this by going into your CF account > Page Rules > See if the URL is HTTP or HTTPS. If you have an SSL certificate installed on your website it should be HTTPS.
5) Try disabling and then enabling cache inside the plugin in case the page rule was not yet added to your CF account.
Thank you and please let us know if the above worked for you!
Thanks for the complete answer, I will answer one by one but the truth is I am not an expert.
1) The only other Plugin I have to optimize / cache is autoptimize, (should I remove it ??).
2) Cookies are only those of google analytics, those not Cloudflare caches them either? If I activate that option, will it not measure visits anymore?
3) I have the free CF plan and the only rule is cache everything. Cache Level: Cache Everything Should I change it?
4) In my server I have SSL and whenever I use HTTPS but in cloudflare I do not configure anything, so I have the options
Should I create that rule?
Thanks for the reply

@mateithemeisle If you need any more information let me know so I understand what I’m doing wrong.
Hi,
as I can see your page is properly being served from CF cache and also the amazing affiliate items are showing properly: https://i.imgur.com/NMW02k5.pngThanks for the reply @isaumya.
What I don’t understand is that these pages with cookies so cloudflare doesn’t cache them?Yes if any page has a cookie in the response header from the beginning then Cloudflare won’t cache them thinking that the cookie value might be used inside the page to show content dynamically.
Then I would think that it does not cache anything since I use Google Analytics and amazon products have cookies. Or maybe I don’t understand the concept.
No. Google Analytics and Amazon does not load the cookie in your main response i.e.
text/htmlthey load those cookies via their external script. So, as long as your main HTML page response does not that aset-cookiein the response header, it will not cause any issues.Check this thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/cf-cache-status-bypass-4/
You will see the cookie problem there.-
