problem with calculating shipping rate

Hi team,

On my website, I have several users with a wholesale role that has specific discounts and they have certain shipping classes they can use as well. The problem I’m facing is that the shipping cost rules do not consider the wholesale discount for some reason and give the customer the wrong shipping class.

Example: one of the rules in the UK that i have is offering free shipping on orders above £100. This is special for a wholesale role. I have a product priced at £129 and a wholesale discount of 25% that puts the product price at £96.67. Shipping should go to the paid rate and not free but this is not happening. It looks like the customer discount is not being considered for attributing the shipping class.

Do you think this is something that wasnt consider on the wholesale rules?
