There are no known issues with Caldera forms. I’ve tested protection in our environment and found no problems. Could you tell us more details about the issue: are there any JavaScript errors in your browser console? Are there any PHP errors in your PHP logs related to CleanTalk plugin?

There are some “old” errors when I click on statistics and reports, here they are :
