Problem with Cannot redeclare tinymce_include()

Have anybody can help me?

I really need your help to fix my problem. I dont know why it error because I just signed out and then sign in the error message appeared below is a full error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tinymce_include() (previously declared in /home/vcao.com.kh/htdocs/wp-includes/deprecated.php:755) in /home/vcao.com.kh/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 25

I really didnt know what’s wrong with it? Now I wanna to update my site but can not login. If have someone know to fix it pls kindly to help me.
