• Hi, I installed your plugin and configured the modular product. However, when I add something to the cart, it doesn’t update the cart; it just refreshes the page, but the cart quantity remains at 0. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Next, you can try installing this plugin to assist the add to cart on your site: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/. Remember to clear caches before checking again.

    I set up both options, but now it says the product isn’t available for purchase even though everything is fine. Could you tell me the steps to follow? Thanks.

    We are also having this issue where composite products are added to the cart and the cart shows 0 quantity and you can’t continue your purchase. We have double checked our settings/configurations, and also installed the WPC AJAX Add to Cart plugin, but it has not fixed the issue. Do you have any further updates on how this can be resolved?
