Problem with checkboxes

    Hi,
    I’ve installed Visual Form Builder on pages of my web site ( http://www.coco-style.it which is now on maintainance mode) but i have problem with Checkboxes and Radio Buttons.
    When i create a form and put Checkboxies or Radiobuttons i can’t select any of the option.
    I’m using Google Chrome, i’ve refresh my broweser, i also tried to reinstalled Visual Form Plugin but the problem still remains.

    Can you help me please?
