• Hi, sorry if I write you.

    I’m using your great plug-in and I’ve seen that there’re problems with Chrome.

    I tried to add your suggestion

    <meta http-equiv=”x-ua-compatible” content=”IE=EmulateIE10″>

    but nothing changes

    on IE and Safari is OK, on Chrome I show gray area.

    I hope that you can help me

    Thanks

  • Hello,

    There are no known issues with Chrome. The workaround you attempted above is specific to IE11 and would not affect other browsers.

    Please look at the plugin Notes for some potential fixes to the problem, or use the support form in GDE Settings and I’ll take a look at your specific document.

    Thanks

    Kevin

    here is what I’m using

    [gview file=”http://www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/XX.pdf&#8221; height=”1350px” save=”1″ cache=”0″]

    I’ve this problem with 2 different version of Chrome on 2 different PC. So is not a cache problem

    I can’t troubleshoot specific document issues from this example shortcode. GDE is working normally for me in Chrome (and no other problems reported by users of Chrome) so for specific help in this case please use the support form in GDE Settings, and I’ll do my best to help.
