What other plugins do you have installed? I see your manifest has some invalid values: https://turamania.ru/wp-content/uploads/wpservefile_files/manifest.json
This manifest I had written by myself, when I start to find the solution to my problem. I found guide here: https://mindwork.su/android/chrome-push-notification and somewhere else. Sorry, but it in Russian.
Maybe, I should delete Web Push and try to install it again?

Yes, I had uninstalled it, and send push notification again. Nothing changed.

I removed file, but it have appeared again.
And I have made a mistake. I did not create this file by myself. The file I created was in “/” directory. I removed it too.
Maybe, I have made a mistake in Google Developer Console?
