Problem with comment form not showing (second request)

This is the second time in this category that I’m posting this, in the hopes I can get some help. I’ve also posted it in my theme’s support and have received no response in over a week.

Essentially, I want a comment form at the end of each post. I’ve checked all the “allow comments” boxes and what happens is that the comment form is linked somehow to the posting date, but of course no one would know to click on it to comment! http://www.realgardensgrownatives.com/?page_id=51

Also, I want just one posting date, not the second updated one attached to the first.
