Problem With Comments

My site is http://constructorareivax.com I am receiving comment notifications, see screen capture http://screencast.com/t/Llm9r2HnR . The problem is that these are not comments at all. Infact, if you see the following two screen captures http://screencast.com/t/4dqnA07Fkt and http://screencast.com/t/cnSTdM01 you will note that this is actually text that appears either at the begining or the end of the blog. Could you please tell me what may be causing this problem?
