That’s not an error from Quick Cache but rather from a different plugin, developed by Ramon Fincken:

You’ll need to post this on the support forum for that plugin.
Ohh I’m sorry i didn’t noticed it. I just deleted it. It was used for previous versions, your last version supports everything 🙂

I’m using the Quick cache plugin but throws this error when adding comments:
