I used to have comments turned off on my blog. Then I re-enabled them and it keeps the comments open on all new posts, but on old posts prior to the change, it still says “Sorry, the comment forum is closed”. If I edit the posts one at a time and change the setting, comments work. But I don’t want to do that manually on 1000s of posts in the archives.
Is there something I can run in MySQL to fix this in one shot, i.e. turn on comments on all posts (but leave pages alone)?
