problem with communication via webhook

I have set up a connection to the mailchimp via the webhook. Everything seems to work correctly. When I change the subscription in mailchimp one of the users in the message in the log I get the information

[2018-05-16 10:50:28] INFO: Webhook: Request of type unsubscribe received for user # 1

but the checkbox in the customer’s panel is always selected. The problem is that the checkbox in the client’s panel does not change.
