    Hi,

when users try to connect on the page, they have an error message ” you cannot login, this page has probably been put on cache” (translated approximatively from French).

I can manage to login after second or third attempt, but the members are usually not very tech savy and it puts them off, when they can’t login on the first attempt and just give up.

I’ve purged my cache with WP super cache and I’ve used basic settings for this plugin.

Anything I’m supposed to do to avoid having this message ?

    Thanks for your help.

You can read this guide about caching issues:

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1595-caching-problems

If you have a reCAPTCHA plugin you may get this error message too.

Try to redirect users to your Home page after logout so they click on the Login page link to login again to refresh the Login page. A Login page created more then 24 hours ago will not be accepted by WP for login.

Thanks a lot. I have already redirected users to my home page after logout. I’ll see if the members still complain about it. I don’t have a recaptcha installed on my login formular.
