While your sites are publicly accessible, we cannot access their XML-RPC files:
http://dotacjapoir.pl/xmlrpc.php
http://spolkizoo24.pl/xmlrpc.php
This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here:
http://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php
Since your sites return an error for these pages, we recommend that you check the following:
1. Can you see the xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP?
2. Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you disable them?
3. Does your hosting provider block access to this file? You may need to contact them to find out.
Let us know how that goes!
Thanks you very much! I’ve got one more question. Even with this connection problem my statistics are works. Can I leave this like that? I need jetpack just for statystic, but I’m worry that becouse of that problem it will not work good in the future.
Hi there,
I wouldn’t trust the connection as is to a) keep working, or b) provide accurate results. It would really be much better to get the issue resolved.
Best,
Cena
