Hello Greg,

When I enable the contact form if i go in an ad to test the contact form. I have a popup where it’s written “undefined” just after clicking on the button “show contact informations”.

Hi, it seems like your Ad details page is cached, it is displaying a version of a page with “show contact details” enabled, try disabling WP-Rocket on your site and see if this helps.

I disable wp-rocket but the problem is still here. Do you want an access to the wp admin dashboard ?

No, i do not provide this kind of support for free version.

Do you have some child template files created? If so then they might be using some old code which does not allow to display the contact form (that is they do not have filters responsible for displaying contact form or the “show contact” box).
