Problem with course permalinks

I have learnPress 2.0.4 and a problem with permalinks, see here:
http://kleve-city.de/KCN/geschaefte/I re-save and try different settings at permalinks in lp settings an wp settings.
Unfortunately without success.Any idea, what can i do now?
