    Hello,
    Thank you for good plugin.

    I have a problem with connecting. I have been connected to Facebook without problems for months and I wanted to create a new catalog and delete the old one. I disconnected and when I tried to connect again it keeps telling me that my currency is not supported. It is not clear to me how when I connected before without problems, the Facebook shop exists in RSD (Serbian currency).

    Hello @ivan994,

    Seems like RSD is not supported by Facebook for now: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/151451521590943?id=738655959856647


    You can try our suggestion in the documentation by switching the site’s currency to USD, connecting the extension, and then switching back to RSD .

    As for deleting the Facebook catalog, you don’t need to re-sync whatsoever just navigate to WooComerce > Status > Tools.

    I just don’t understand how I was able to connect to this currency before without problems. How can I change the Facebook store so that the prices are not shown in dollars?

    I’m afraid this is not something we can help with or have influence over.

    You can contacting Meta’s team from here and ask them about the possibility of adding RSD as a supported currency.
