Problem with currencys

First, thank you for this plugin.

We have been using it to our satisfaction for a while now. However, we have now set up our website to automatically display the visitor’s currency and allow them to checkout with it.

Yesterday we had a customer from Japan who ordered through an affiliate link, the affiliate commission is now incorrect. I think it is based on 20% of the amount in Yen, but it is displayed in Euros. Also the total amount of the affiliate is no longer correct now. This is also shown in Euros, but is also based on the amount in Yen.

Can this be adjusted, or can I adjust this myself?
