    Hi friends,

    I use the woocommerce custom product plugin to personalize the product but when I add paid personalization, the total price of the pack with personalization is not correct.

    The price retained is included in the pack without personalization.

    Hi @djuk0nlin3 ,

    Thanks for contacting us. Please try to deactivate that plugin then check if the price of your composite is calculated correctly or not. I tested on our test site, the pricing is still functional, so it’s not an inherent or a bug that comes from our plugin.

    This is an issue of incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes. Regarding the issue of this type, our policy is that we only provide free customization to Premium users only as we will need to access the admin area of your site and customize the code files.

    If you’re using the free version, kindly consider to either deactivate the other plugin so that our plugin can function normally. If you’re using the Premium version, you can kindly contact our dev via this page to have their help.
