problem with customize_changeset_uuid

This is a problem with the customizer. It usually save all everything as a theme_mod or an option in the wp_options table and is recalled by using either get_option function or get_theme_mod functions. So either the theme has changed or the options table in your database has changed. Have you tried reinstalling the theme to see if it fixes the problem or is this a child theme ?.
