I just tried it. Unfortunately, update didn’t resolve the issue. As soon as I enable Wp Review plugin, customiser stops working 🙁

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? We’ve only changed a css file in the new version so the customizer shouldn’t completely stop working.

2. Once registered, check your email for login details. Login to your account and open a new thread by following this link:
