• On the cart page, when selecting the shipping location, the option to choose a specific place does not appear. What could be causing this issue? The website is using the Woodmart theme.

    Sorry for the late response, but we’ve had some issues with our support case notification email.

    This issue sounds familiar – are you by any chance using a payment plugin that runs in a mode where it replaces part of the page? We have added support for the most frequently used payment plugins, but there are for sure some we have missed. If you could provide some more details about what plugins you have installed and the website url we can probably create a fix within minutes
