Can u please paste map.conf using pastbin/github?
bbPress is adding http:// automatically I guess here.
For line:
www.blutraben.netblutraben.netwww.blutraben.net 2;
are there 2 domains:
www.blutraben.netblutraben.net
www.blutraben.net
May be:
http://www.blutraben.net is a mapped domain for subdomain http://www.blutraben.netblutraben.net ?
Please provide more details.
Its not only a space issue. map.conf should have every domain/subdomain on different line.
If you are using what I guess above, output should have been:
www.blutraben.netblutraben.net 2;
www.blutraben.net 2;
By any chance you are NOT using Donncha’s domain-mapping plugin – http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/ ?
this is the domain-mapping page of MU Domain Mapping:
http://up.11einself.de/files/eefc7bfe8fd6e2c8c01a616462.png
there is always one primary domain www.* with the domain itself mapped on the same id.

Hi,
Thanks for the help in testing this quickly because I don’t have that quick access to a multi domain mapped site, right now!
I’ve just updated the code to 1.6.2. Kindly update.
Regards.

Ok, got to test it on a multi-domain install, similar to yours. Everything works fine. Could you confirm, so I could mark this as resolved!
Regards.
looks better now. but somehow there are double entries for domains:
http://pastebin.com/6BiCQ9yq
ie. http://www.blutraben.net or pix.magenbrot.net
I’ve checked with wp_domain_mapping table, everything ok there.
kind regards

Hi Oliver,
Double entries won’t be a problem. It won’t affect the functionality, at all. Nginx will use either of them and redundancy is no problem. However, I agree that its aesthetically alarming and I personally don’t like to repeat anything, unless required.
However, since this is not a functional issue and won’t interfere with the functioning, I’ll mark this as resolved. I’ll look into this, asap and remove the duplicate entries.
Thanks again for the support!
Cheers.
nginx cares about the double entries 🙂
