Problem with dynamic pages

Hi.
there are many MUST-HAVE options missing
1) i.e. on every page/post editor page, there should be metabox, (by default, on) and after unchecking it, the cahcing should be disabled for that page (like contct forms or other dynamic pages, because at this moment, they doesnt work).
it’s annoying going into plugin settings and manually entering ID’s.

2) also, in plugins options page, there should be texaterea, where i can enter links per line, like:

example.com/xyz*

and all of the link starting with that url, should not be cached.

3) what’s more, it shuold only cache these types: category, archive, author, page, post, …etc (common WP types), and should avoid caching for any other custom links, like:

example.com/myapp?parameter=123..etc..
(where myapp is not neither post nor category)
