Problem with Elementor

    Hi guys, i have a problem with Elementor and Smart Slider 3 . When i enter in the page to edit using Elementor, i find on the left the smart slider icon. i pull in the box where i want use it, but it doesen’t open the window to choose a slide in my library. So i can’t even enter in the smart slider setting menu in Elementor. Where is problem?

    Hi @alexchef

    If you click on the Select slider button on the left hand menu, does anything happen?

    Can you reproduce the problem if you disable every other plugin but Elementor and Smart Slider 3?

    Hi Ramona,

    i removed all and now it’s working. I will try understand what plugin made the problems

    Hi @alexchef,
    you can list your plugins here maybe we can help finding which cause the issue. Also, you can try them by activating other plugins one by one. If you find something please share with us 🙂

    Здравствуйте. Мне очень нравится работать с Elementor. но в комплекте с ним, Smart Slider развалился. Что делать?

    Hi @rezzansk

    What is your Smart Slider 3 version and Elementor version? Can you reproduce the problem with all other plugins disabled (so only SS3 and Elementor is active)? Does the problem persists if you switch back to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Seventeen?
