Problem with elementor form

    i have created a subscription form with elementor on the home page, when i have sended a contact, the funnel cant send a mail because no GDPR compilance is accepted and result not marketable.

    but in the form have optin. i think not working the “optin status” in groundhogg…

    Hi,

    This is because you likely have the required GDPR consent option enabled in the settings. At the moment we are working on adding GDPR consent to our field mapping API which will allow you to get consent through Elementor. However it’s currently not possible, but will be soon.

    We recommend either disable the REQUIRE GDPR consent option in the settings or use the builtin Groundhogg forms with the consent checkbox.
