problem with Elementor update and template void

I created a website buying the theme Advokat that is using Elementor to build pages.
Everything was working properly and I created some template with Elementor to use in different pages.
Then an Elementor plugin update was required and I did it.
Everything was not working again, Elementor was always loading and the website was unavailable.
So I used my backup to restore at the previous point.
The result is that now I have the website working properly but all my content is missing and all my templates made with elementor are void.
How can this be possible having used the backup to restore the website?
Does anyone has the same problem?
