Hi
Can you please share how you disable the WP Visual Editor on your site? Does the tabs widget work correctly when the Visual Editor is active?
To verify if the issue is indeed happening due to the reason that you have shared we need to debug this. Please temporarily disable all third-party plugins on your site and see if that makes any difference.

@vipulelementor Hi, the Visual Editor of WP I deactivate, in users option (of the desktop menu WorPress) and in my profile, in personal options -> Disable the visual editor when typing. Does the tabs widget work correctly when the Visual Editor is active? Yes, when the Visual Editor is active the elementor tabs widget works fine. I disabled others plugins and continue the problem. In the log of Elementor appears this error: /wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js/editor.min.js?ver=3.0.16:2:176614] Cannot read properties of null (reading \’fire\’)

@thetechxpert The issue is in Elementor plugin, when I use “tabs” element, not in other plugin

I noted you are using an old version of the Elementor core plugin, the latest version is 3.21.0. Please update the version.
Also I recommend increasing the memory limit of the site, probably to 768 MB or more for best performance.
Plese try that and see if there is any difference.

Thank you for your reply. Can you please tell us where the tabs widget is specifically located on the URL you provided? When I inspect the page using the browser’s inspect tool, I only see a tabs widget that appears to be coming from a third-party plugin. If you can provide a screenshot of the tabs widget in the Editor, that would be great.
In addition, it appears there is custom code being applied on the site. As part of the troubleshooting process, please disable any custom code to ensure it is not causing a conflict with the tabs widget.

Thank you for the clarification.
I was able to replicate the issue by following the steps you mentioned.
The issue has been reported to our developers.
For now, you can either uncheck the ‘Disable visual editor’ option in profile.
Or, you can slightly drag the tabs to make them clickable.

I wanted to let you know, that the issue is already added to the system Backlog and should be reviewed by our developers in the nearest future.
It should be addressed in one of the upcoming updates. However, at the moment, I do not have an estimated time when this fix will be released, but you can follow our changelog here: Changelog of Elementor
