Hi @pexlechris,
Firstly, ensure the weekly summary is enabled in Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences > Activity Report > Enable Email Summary (with the dropdown set to “Once a week”). Try toggling it to something else, saving, then back to weekly and re-saving.
You can then check the scheduled dates/times in Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Cron Jobs. The job wordfence_email_activity_report should show you if it’s scheduled even though you’re using DISABLE_WP_CRON. We use WordPress’ email send functions so aren’t doing anything that’d bypass the way the site sends other mails out.
If the issue persists, you could send a diagnostic from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics menu to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
Thanks,
Peter.
I found the cron: https://pasteboard.co/NKD0sccc7N76.png
Seams nothing wrong.
Also,
I can see this: https://pasteboard.co/XR919GoCmP7I.png
And this: https://pasteboard.co/BNZYUKLyItBJ.png
in all of these websites!
May I need to accept the terms in order to receive the report?
Thanks,
Hi @pexlechris,
The acceptance of new terms will show until accepted, but we don’t withdraw any functionality of the plugin during that time.
The IPv6 message shows for some customers as the check needs to be there, but not all hosts are supporting it yet. The message won’t affect operation or show to your users outside of that diagnostics page.
The cron looks successfully scheduled for 29 December with no overdue message, so it either ran on 22 December if the setting was already “Once a Week”, or will run again on 29 December regardless. If the emails aren’t arriving, there may be an issue with an SMTP plugin, or sendmail/postfix (whichever is available on your server). Naturally, make sure they’re not being sent to the recipient email address’ spam folder or being junked by the server for another reason.
Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Other Tests has a “SEND TEST EMAIL” function to make sure your site is able to send emails out using the same WordPress functions used elsewhere on the site.
Thanks again,
Peter.

Hi @pexlechris, thanks for the extra information.
I think to get a more complete picture it’d be best to also see the diagnostic from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics menu. You can send that to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it as the inbox is not constantly monitored.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
Thanks,
Peter.
“Diagnostic report has been sent successfully.”
Hello again, it seams that this monday all of my websites of this server succeded to send the reports!
