Problem with email reservation notification

Hi,
we use this plugin for almost two years without problems, but recently we have an issue. When someone makes an online inquiry, we (administrator) do not receive a notification, neither does the client (user). Until recently, it was all normal. We just made all updates on everything on the website and tried different settings as well as the emails to which notifications are sent, but we are not able to get the notifications working again.
Please if somebody can help us with this issue.Thank you
