Dear user, you mean from the back end of the form right?
Please check the following points and get back to me:
1. Are there too many form submissions? If yes, please select a form with fewer submissions and check?
2. Please make sure that you have the latest 1.13.20 version of form maker?
3. Please enter that page > right-click > inspect element > console and then click on export buttons, please send me a screenshot to see what error it drops.
4. You can also try to check plugin conflicts, for this, you need to deactivate the plugins one by one and check the issue again.
I have the problem too.
Have you resolved?
In my case i click export csv but the result is an empty file

back to your questions:
1. I tested the expotrt feature in a form where is not more than 10submissions… hope it is not to many…
2. yes I had 1.13.20 and after todays update it is 1.13.21
3. here i must aske some questions: what page you mean… ? should I open the page where the form is and were users can write their data and submitt tvia the form? or ? and how can i send in this forum a printscreen? (sorry for such a questions, but I feel like a amateur.)
4. this I would concider as last option after the previous points are tested and identified as not being the root cause…

10 submissions are surely not many, so exporting issue is not connected with this.
You have the latest version so this also won’t be an issue.
If you want to send us a screenshot here, please use a tool that captures the screen and gives a link to the screenshotted file.
