Problem with featured image link

Hello,

I have a problem with the link with the featured image.

The plugins add me the image, but the image is not displayed because the link is incorrect

Image link:
http://www.mysite.com/http//www.thesitewiththeimage.com/image.jpg

And must be:
http://www.thesitewiththeimage.com/image.jpg

The problem is that includes the URL of my site before AND then doesn’t include the “:” colons.
