If you go to wp-admin/options-general.php?page=enable-mastodon-apps&tab=registered-apps (i.e. Settings > Mastodon Apps > Registered Apps), and click on Details of your app, under “Show these post types” do you have both “Posts” and “Friend Posts” selected?

No. This is a website to test that Friends theme that Lívia is working on. It only has Health Check, ActivityPub, Enable Mastodon Apps, Friends and the plugin with the theme.
