Problem with fees

Hello!

We have a little problem using this plugin. In our shop we are adding an extra fee to every order using add_fee() and the action “woocommerce_cart_calculate_fees”. Everything works fine with every other payment-plugin. But when using your plugin the extra-fee isn’t listed in all order-views (dashboard, order-email, my orders). The total is calculated correctly but the extra-fee-line is missing. Any idea what we can do?
