Problem with Fluent Support plugin

My site’s Fluent Support’s ticket form is on <siteurl>/support-portal. This opens fine from the address bar, and from a link on a page header paragraph block — unless that block has visibility set by BV to be for logged-in users. In that case, and if logged in, the site behaves as if not logged in — and I am asked (by Fluent Forms) to login. But I am logged in. Any ideas?
